Saturday Night, March 15th 5p-8p (This is for consignors that do not want their items in the Sunday Mega Sale {ALL items left on Sunday regardless of discount notation are discounted in the Sunday Mega Sale}.
Things to note about pick up
If you are unable to pick up during this time slot, please make alternative arrangements with a friend or family member to pick up for you. Green Jeans Consignment is unable to transfer/store consignor merchandise following the sale.
Please note:
Items NOT picked up Saturday night by 8pm will be sold in our 55-70% off sale on Sunday from 8am-4pm, items will be sold for the deemed discount on all items, even those marked discount: No. Consignors will receive their earned percentage for these sales.
End of sale items remaining after the MEGA Sunday sale will be donated to partner charities. Consignors will receive a charity donation slip within two weeks after the sale via email. (NOTE: if you choose to pick up your unsold items - you must pickup between 5p-8p Saturday)
Getting Paid
Earned percentages: All percentages default to 55% in the tagging system. After the sale concludes, we are able to change %ages based on helper hours, express tagging adjustments and fees.
How do I receive my earnings?
Your profit earnings will be sent via E-Check to the email and name on file within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the sale. Please check your My Consignment Manager account for accurate name and email. You will be able to print the check and either mobile deposit to your bank of choice or take to your bank for deposit.

What to expect at drop off:
- Please allow 30-45 minutes for drop off.
- Arrive with your items neatly hung and tagged.
- If you have designer accessory items (priced over $40), place these in a bin and notify your Inventory quality checker, including shoes, handbags and jewelry, it will be placed in the appropriate holding location.
- If you need bottom clip hangers for your pants and shorts, there will be some available for rent ($5/ 25 hangers) at drop off. Bring your bottoms folded in a bin, hang on rack and then check in for your appointment after all items are hung and sorted (see next bullet). $5 fee will be deducted from earnings at end of sale.
- Arrange items in like groups and by size; such as shirts (S-XL) in one group, bottoms (S-L or 2-22) in another group, sweaters in another group, and so on.
- We will confirm items are properly hung (hanger should face like a '?' ) and properly tagged (cardstock is required, no printer paper allowed). Your clothing will be inspected for current fashion trend, stains, holes, missing buttons, etc. at drop off. Any unaccepted items will be returned to you at drop-off. If we find additional unaccepted items after drop-off, we will set them aside for consignor pick-up or donate if applicable.
- Consignors will be responsible for placing their shoes, handbags, and accessories on the sales floor in specified locations, this is typically done during clothing inspection.
- Please do not schedule your drop off during a volunteer shift. For example, if your volunteer shift starts at 12pm-3p, do not schedule your drop off for 12pm or between 12pm-3pm, please schedule it at least 1 hour before your shift start or after 3pm when your shift is over.
EXPRESS DROP OFF: Avoid the wait when you drop off your clothing!
- If you deem ALL your items as DONATE* at the end of the sale, you can drop off your clothing WITHOUT a scheduled drop off time and WITHOUT waiting for Green Jeans staff inspection.
- Express Drop off does not require a check in appointment. Please arrive between these hours during sale drop off:
- Thursday 11a-3p, Friday 11a-3p, Saturday 11a-2p
- RESTOCK express drop off Sunday 10a-12p
How express drop off works:
- You will notify our check in coordinator that you are an express drop off, take pictures of your pre-sale passes.
- Hang items in order on rolling rack. Place non-hanging items in a tote/box that you are ok with leaving at the sale. Please notify an inventory quality checker if you have designer accessories, which will then be placed in the designated location.
- Items will be set to the side to be inspected during a lull in drop off.

- Accessories (handbags, shoes, jewelry, scarves, etc) will be with each category on sales floor, same as during shopping hours.
- A preliminary end of sale sold and unsold report will be available by 6pm.
- Please NOTE: items that have lost tags will be on a "No Tag Rack" near the door. Please check this rack prior leaving with your unsold items. Please have online inventory pulled up for team member to match that no-tag to your online description inventory.
- Hangers will be available to take home with you. Please bring a bag or box to take these home for the following season!
