Concierge Tagging: if you participate in our Concierge Tagging program and would like to volunteer for extra percentage back, you start at a base of 45% and can qualify for an additional 15% (max 60% back) with the sale-volunteering rules above.

What will I do as a Green Jeans helper?

Shifts run across three phases of the sale week. Most tasks are light, social, and easy to pick up – come as you are.

Phase 01

Drop-off & set-up

  • Assemble racking and unload the clothing trailer (light-weight items)
  • Assist consignors during check-in
  • Prepare and organize items for the sale
  • Transport items to the sale floor

Phase 02

During sale hours

  • Direct shoppers
  • Manage fitting-room areas
  • Organize and restock the sales floor
  • Pick up inventory off the floor and rehang

Phase 03

Take-down & pick-up

  • Sort unsold items
  • Bag donated items for pick-up
  • Assist consignors at pick-up
  • Organize and pack sale supplies
  • Break down racking (minimal)

Can’t help during sale hours? Earn it another way.

We know not everyone is free during our sale hours, so you can qualify for one three-hour helper shift by doing any of the following. Limited availability — please check availability in My Consignment Manager. First come, first serve, and these slots fill up quickly.

Option A

Cook a meal

Cook a crockpot or hot casserole meal that serves 8 — including a vegetable/salad plus dessert or fruit (preferably gluten and dairy free). Include plates, bowls and utensils to serve 8.

Our helpers get thirsty throughout the week! We love to have water on hand for them!

Bring snacks

Bring in $30 worth of healthy snacks for our helpers during the sale. Please provide your receipt to show proof.

The fine print.

    Green Jeans Consignment requires that all helpers fulfill their obligation to work their shifts. If helpers do not fulfill their obligation, future participation will be suspended and consignor earnings will be decreased to 50%.

    We know circumstances arise and we will take those into consideration.

  • 3

    Helpers must be on time and fulfill the entire shift in order to attend the presale.

  • 4

    Please do not ask us to hold or purchase items before the presale. We must be fair and consistent to all sale helpers.

    Please keep cell-phone usage at a minimum – no texting or excessive phone calls.

  • 6

    Please do not bring your children to your helper shift with you.

    Please understand that these rules have been created in an effort to maintain a smoothly run and reputable sale.
